Foi finalmente revelado o 27º conjunto do tema LEGO IDEAS, desta vez o Friends - Central Perk, que vem mesmo a tempo do 25º Aniversário do lançamento da famosa série televisiva:

COULD WE BE ANY MORE EXCITED? THE CENTRAL PERK SET FROM FRIENDS ARRIVES IN LEGO® BRICK FORM

The LEGO Group is bringing the hit comedy Friends to life in brick form for its latest LEGO Ideas set, available from September 1st to mark the show's 25th anniversary

For any LEGO fans who may feel their building is always stuck in second gear ... there is something new coming that's perfect for you – as famous TV show Friends arrives for fans with the new LEGO Ideas: Central Perk set.

Available directly from LEGO Stores and shop.LEGO.com starting September 1, 2019, this highly collectable set is a faithful recreation of Central Perk, and it's packed with authentic details, making it a must-have memorabilia item for the Friends' 25th anniversary year.

As well as seven all-new LEGO Minifigures (Ross Geller, Rachel Green, Chandler Bing, Monica Geller, Joey Tribbiani, Phoebe Buffay and Gunther), the new LEGO Ideas set features the iconic seating area, including the now famous couch, armchair and 2 chairs, all of which are removable for easy play.

Builders can also recreate the stage where Phoebe Buffay performed her songs on guitar (and Ross Geller once played his keyboard), as well as including a brick-built coffee machine, cookie jar with two cookie elements, menu board element and other authentic items.

The set also includes three pillar elements in an all-new shade of green color and window with CENTRAL PERK logo decoration and even features two brick-built TV studio light rigs with translucent light-style elements.

Measuring over 4" (11cm) high, 11" (29cm) wide and 8" (22cm) deep, the set features 1,079 LEGO elements and is both great for play and display and is sure to grab attention in any room.

The LEGO Ideas Fan Designer for Central Perk was Aymeric Fievet from Normandy, France, who is passionate about TV series, movies and cartoons as well as LEGO products.

When designing the Central Perk set, Aymeric said, "The challenge was to visualize passages of the series to allow me to recreate the furniture and the characters in as much detail as possible. The assembly of this model took me about a week after finding the necessary references. During the voting period, the set was changed several times!"

LEGO Ideas offers fans the opportunity to submit their own brick creations with the chance to have their concept brought to life with the help of LEGO master designers and a share of the profits.

A primeira... ou melhor, a segunda, porque a primeira coisa que vou fazer com este set é construir o que o César planeou. 

Done. Ao longo das centenas de páginas de instruções sente-se a dor de quem as fez (e não é pela quantidade, é pela tortura do que tentam representar, nem sempre com total sucesso).

Algumas novidades da plataforma LEGO Ideas:

2) A primeira review de 2019 do LEGO Ideas, acerca dos projectos que atingiram os 10k apoiantes, será apresentada no próximo Outono, data ainda não anunciada. Os projectos em análise são:

Curioso ver que nesta 2ª review está novamente em análise uma ideia da série televisiva The Office, os projectos espaciais e da NASA continuam a marcar presença, assim como várias situações licenciadas como: Branca de Neve e os Sete Anões, Winnie-the-Pooh, Thunderbirds, Rua Sésamo e Adams Family.


Têm algum projecto favorito?

A primeira review parece-me um pouco fraquinha. Embora não me importasse com a Mansão da Família Adams ou da Rua Sésamo, por causa dos edíficios.. não posso dizer que tenha algum favorito entre todos os que estão a votação.

A segunda já tem mais coisas interessantes, e acho que o que gostaria mais seria mesma a casa dos 7 Anões! Mas também ficava contente com os aviões do JK Brickworks


Parece que da 2ª review foram logo excluidos 2 projectos à partida, pois tinham chegado 12 projectos aos 10.000 votos

Na primeira série adoraria o Pirate Bay (esperando que não seja uma qualquer atração de um parque Disney ou similar). Seria ótimo para as pretensões do pessoal mais clássico.
A anatomia de um minifig também está interessante, mas acho que é mais uma curiosidade do que um set com potencial.

A segunda série parece-me também mais interessante. O museu é interessante mas duvido que a LEGO entre nisso. Os aviões e a loja do ferreiro parecem-me muito bons candidatos.

Yeps, deixaria de fora tudo o que é licenciado. 2x The Office? por amor de deus...

Li algures algo sobre isso. Lembro-me que um deles foi excluido por ser de um funcionário da LEGO.

O Machu Picchu até podia ser adaptado à linha Architecture, ao estilo Muralha da China.

Da primeira vaga os que mais gosto são a mansão da família Adams e a baía dos piratas.

Da segunda vaga gosto mais da casa dos sete anões, apesar de achar os edifícios todos em geral bastante bons.

O meu problema com o Machu Picchu é mesmo esse, "pertenceria" a uma linha já existente. Exactamente como os modulares que vão aparecendo no Ideas.

Infelizmente este LEGO Ideas tem de facto sido mais uma selecção de LEGO Licensed IDEAS...

Se formos por gostos, realmente os que creio terem mais possibilidade de passar são:

1º Review: Pirate Bay, Sesame Street - Um deles, talvez o Pirate Bay, mas não ficaria surpreendido se fossem mesmo os dois.

2º Review: Pursuit of Flight, Nasa Spacecraft, Winnie-the-pooh e Branca de Neve e Sete Anões - Não me admiraria se fossem escolhidos dois deles e iria mais para o Pursuit Flight e a Branca de Neve.

1º Review: Pirate Bay, Sesame Street - Um deles, talvez o Pirate Bay, mas não ficaria surpreendido se fossem mesmo os dois.

E não é que tivemos uma surpresa e foram os dois seleccionados para se tornarem sets do LEGO Ideas, além disso foi também seleccionado o Playable LEGO Piano de uma review anterior.
Se isto não fosse suficiente o MOC Anatomini pela sua complexidade está ainda a ser avaliado e testado quando à sua viabilidade de se tornar num set LEGO cumprindo todos os requisitos habituais pelo que a decisão ficou em suspense até à review seguinte.

Estão entusiasmados? Pelo menos 2020 espera-se que venha a ter um set de um tema clássico, Piratas!



O próximo review acontecerá no início de 2020 e estão em decisão os seguintes projectos:

Os fãs de Piratas não podiam ter um par de designers mais empenhado! 

Acho que a próxima decisão vai para um licenciado, como habitual. 
Por mim era o Pursuit of Flight e o Medieval Blacksmith... mas receio que seja a Branca de Neve e / ou os Thunderbirds... 
Podia ser o History Museum, mas são óbvios os anticorpos que a "comissão" tem contra modulares.

Apesar de o set não conter todos os dinossauros da ideia inicial, achei piada a introdução ao LEGO Sapiens! Fiquei surpreendido pela folha de autocolantes, o tema IDEAS era conhecido por ter surpreendentemente todas as peças impressas...
