Um **Tema Licenciado** é um tema que não foi desenvolvido originalmente pela LEGO mas adaptado e licenciados por terceiros. A licença normalmente permite que a [[LEGO]]® desenvolva [[conjunto|conjuntos]] durante um período de tempo. Normalmente também é permitida a utilização de logótipos e outro material registado do tema licenciado.
